With this new program Thalys wishes to thank customers for their loyalty and offer them the possibility to earn points or "Miles" with every Thalys trip. These Miles can be exchanged for "Reward Tickets", free tickets for Thalys journeys or soon journeys with one of the other Railteam members.
There are three membership levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Silver is the basic level, Gold is possible starting from 10-28 journeys annually and Platinum is accessible for clients with over 28 journeys on a yearly base.
How to become a member?
Current Cybelys-members (clients with at least 1 journey in the past 14 months) will automatically migrate to Thalys TheCard. These customers will automatically receive their Thalys TheCard by mail along with an explanation of the new program.
Travellers not yet a member of the Thalys loyalty programme can register for the Thalys TheCard program in one of the following ways:
- via the website www.thalysthecard.com
- via the brochures distributed in the Salon Grand Voyageur at Paris-Nord, the Thalys Lounge at Brussels-Midi as well as in some other stations and on board of train
Range of services
Taxi, motorcycle taxi, car rental, hotel bookings, concierge services, ... The customers have access to different services depending on the membership level (Silver, Gold, Platinum).
