Louise Miller leads a team that is responsible for three primary activities within BCD Travel in support of clients. First, the business solutions team goes beyond traditional sales to assist clients and prospects in designing comprehensive global business program solutions. Second, the marketing group is responsible for technology planning in addition to typical marketing activities. This strategic function fills BCD Travel’s technology pipeline with third-party integrated as well as proprietary platforms and solutions. Finally, as clients and prospects seek to expand into new markets and globally, a consultative approach drives BCD Travel’s growth results.
Prior to her current appointment, Louise was president of BCD Travel’s single largest client portfolio, primarily those headquartered in the Eastern United States, and lead her team to win and retain some of the most complex global clients.
Louise began her career with BCD Travel in 1995. As a vice president and general manager during her early years, her responsibilities included account management, operations, sales, technology and overall financial performance. Her responsibilities grew simultaneously with the growth of the company and the multi-national client portfolio.
Prior to joining BCD Travel, Louise held positions within many facets of the industry including airline, car rental, meetings and incentives, corporate travel management and procurement. She has been quoted in travel industry and business publications, speaks at global, regional and national conferences and participates in professional organizations.
Louise received a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in business administration with a minor in finance and certificate in leadership and development from LaRoche College in Pennsylvania.
